Compassionate Connections Therapeutic & Consulting Services

"...it is the experience of loving and being loved that most closely predicts how we react to the hardships of life; human attachments are the ultimate source of resilience."

― Jonah Lehrer, A Book About Love

What We Can Offer You

These services include individual, couples, marital and family therapy, as well as groups and educational trainings. I provide services to children, adolescents, and adults. I also specialize in mental health social work, addictions counselling, trauma, grief and loss and emotion focused family therapy.  Please Note: emergency psychological concerns should be addressed by your local emergency department or by calling 911.

Individual Therapy

Is a collaborative process between the therapist and the person in therapy. The main therapeutic goal of the therapist is to inspire change, assist in strengthening skills and improving quality of life. Therapy can help people overcome obstacles to their well-being. It can also increase positive feelings, such as compassion and self-esteem.
